Namaste, iam Betty Meadows, Have a splendid day!
Woah, it’s 23 degrees out there - hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk! I’m not complaining though; this kind of heat is a welcome change from the cold winter months. It’s time to break out the shorts and flip-flops and enjoy some sunshine. Let’s face it, when it gets this hot, you gotta make the most of it!
Is 23 Degrees Hot For A Baby? [Solved]
So, if you’re feeling toasty in a t-shirt and shorts, your baby should be wearing a onesie and sleep sack. And if it’s really hot out, you may want to consider using a fan or air conditioning to keep the temperature down. Bottom line: when it comes to your baby’s bedroom, cooler is better!
Temperature: 23 degrees is considered hot, especially for a baby. Babies are more sensitive to temperature changes than adults and can easily become overheated.
Clothing: When the temperature is 23 degrees, it’s important to dress your baby in lightweight clothing that allows their skin to breathe and helps them regulate their body temperature.
Hydration: Make sure your baby stays hydrated by offering them plenty of fluids throughout the day, such as breast milk or formula if they’re under 6 months old, or water if they’re over 6 months old.
Sun Protection: If you’re taking your baby outside when it’s 23 degrees, make sure you apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and cover their head with a hat or other protective clothing to protect them from the sun’s rays.
Shade: Whenever possible, try to keep your baby in the shade when it’s hot outside so they don’t get too warm from direct sunlight exposure.
Cooling Down: If your baby does become too warm while outside in the heat, take them inside and cool them down with a lukewarm bath or by placing cool cloths on their forehead and neck area until their body temperature returns to normal levels
It’s scorching out there today - 23 degrees hot, baby! I’m melting just thinking about it. It’s gonna be a real scorcher, so make sure you stay hydrated and don’t forget your sunscreen. Yikes!
